Refund and Return Policy
We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee on all parts purchased directly off our website with the following exclusions:
- All parts are subject to price changes and availability.
- Any components that have been used with ANY signs of wear, will not be accepted for returns.
- Any returns accepted are subjected to a 25% re-stocking fee.
- Any returns accepted must be unused, and with no alterations.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping on all orders.
You will have 14 days from the time you sign for your package to postmark the package back to us. You must return the item in its original condition with all package contents.
- Approved Return Requests must be received by Silvers within 30 days of approval date. Returns received after 30 days will be shipped back at the buyers expense.
Cancelling orders
- Orders that are cancelled for any reason will be subject to a 5% processing fee, with a minimum of $20 charged.
Cancelling Financed orders
- All financed orders are final sale. No cancellations will be granted for any reason.
Cancelling Orders when parts are in transit to Silvers Canada from Headquarters
- Orders that are in transit from Silvers production warehouse will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $75 if a cancellation or exchange is requested while the parts are in transit to Silvers Canada.
Shipping Related Refunds
Claims for missing, incorrect items, or items damaged in transit must be submitted to us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Please be sure to check all items once you receive them so that is there is an issue so that you are able to notify us as soon as possible.
Undeliverable Items
Any refused or undeliverable shipments that arrive back at our facility will incur all related shipping costs including return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, that will be deducted from your product refund.
Exchanges
Any parts that require modifications or exchange for another parts may incur additional charges depending on price variations. The buyer is responsible for shipping the original part back to Silver’s Suspension Canada or the parts manufacturer directly and for shipping the new part back to you. If the incorrect parts were sent, Silver’s Suspension Canada will cover all shipping fees to exchange the item.
Exchanges must be made within 14 days.
How to Return an Item
If you meet the the requirements above for returning the item, here’s how to proceed.
- In order to return an item you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Email sales@silvers-na.ca to request an RMA number. In the subject of the email please put RETURN and your delivery number that is on the slip included in your package.
- Place the item(s) you wish to return into a box. Please do not place stickers, shipping labels, write on, or ship using only the manufacturers box. We are taking the item back and most of the time plan to resell the item. If this is not followed your item may be sent back to you and you will have to cover the shipping, or there may be a restocking fee to cover getting new packaging from the manufacturer.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box, If you received a label in email, print the label and tape it to the carton.Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
International customers: Please mark the item as “VENDOR RETURN” to avoid duties and customs.
